Is alcohol required for the batched cocktail subscription service?

Yes, our batches do not include any alcohol and are designed for the customer to simply add the desired base spirit to the top of the bottle.  As a restaurant, you will need to have a valid liquor license for on premise sales and consumption, and typically accounts with a few distributors.

Is a contract required for the batched cocktail subscription service?

No, no contract is required.  If you choose to stop using the service, simply stop purchasing batches.

For beverage menu consulting outside of the subscription service, we have a minimum retainer of 5 hours.

When are deliveries for the batched cocktail subscription service and what is the minimum purchase?

Currently our deliveries are scheduled weekly on Tuesdays; orders need to be submitted by midnight the previous Sunday. Currently our delivery fee is $8.

The minimum purchase is currently 4 batch bottles.

Do you offer services besides the batched cocktail subscription service?

Yes, we offer a full range of beverage consulting options to optimize your beverage menu for sales and cost, including beer, wine, spirit and sake selections, designing flights and custom cocktail recipes.

I'd like to have cocktail recipes that are unique to my restaurant.  Do you offer that as part of the batched cocktail subscription service?

Of course! There is an initial recipe development fee plus a small recurring fee per batch, contact us for details.
